Senior Developer for Exciting Online Search Business 2/12/09 5:44pm
Calling all smart, hungry and talented PHP/My SQL Developers with a leaning towards analytical reporting systems. Click.net is a recently formed company attached to a larger, successful online marketing company based in Dubai Media City. We work with world leading Internet players such as Yahoo and Google and operate in the global paid search marketplace. Our core business is to provide paid search XML feeds and associated tools to web publishers who want to monetise their web traffic using paid search.
Your role is to lead the support and development of our technology platform and reporting systems. With experience of XML and a broad understanding of how PPC works, you will be expected to support our current reporting tools and develop the next version of our platform. This will extend the PHP based solution we have in place currently and support a growing base of users hungry for comprehensive data on revenue, clicks, CTR and more. Our aim is to provide best-in-class reporting tools that help us rise above the competition.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years PHP/SQL/Linux experience and first hand knowledge of the paid search marketplace. You'll have a chance to shape the development of the business and will be expected to be an excellent communicator at all levels. You will need to write system specifications as well as be able to communicate directly with customers when required. Reporting is directly to the Managing Director.
Due to the need for such a high level of spoken and written English we would prefer someone with a UK, US, Australian, SA or other English language nationality. However, we're open to all candidates who meet the role described.
